2012 Regiment Registration Day

Registration Day for UHRB 2012-2013 Band Members will be Saturday, June 2 from 9-11 a.m. in the UHS Cafeteria.  The following will help make the registration process go smoothly:

• One parent must attend with each student.
• Make sure your student wears a t-shirt, gym shorts and socks to registration. They will be fitted for their travel uniform and their marching shoes.
• Please consult the handbook for the payment amounts due and make checks payable to Upland Highland Regiment Band.
• For your convenience, you can use your MasterCard or Visa. 

 Please have all forms completed and ready to turn in to the Band Mom and Band Secretary.

4. Physician Instructions Form For Medication
5. Activity Waiver & Medical Authorization
6. UHRB Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement
7. UHRB Web Site Permission
8. UHRB Parent Volunteer Opportunities Form.

A late registration will be available at the first Mini Band Camp (June 11-13) for those who cannot make this Saturday's registration due to SAT testing. If your student cannot be there Saturday, we recommend that a parent still attend registration on behalf of the student so we only have to do fittings at the first Mini Band Camp. Late registration times to be announced.
